For an emergency involving a flat roof made of elastomeric membrane, our inspection will allow us to check if the membrane is torn or damaged in places; if there are transverse overlaps; if the junctions between the roof and the walls are watertight, and if the overall condition of the membrane is no longer optimal.
We can identify the causes of water infiltration and repair tears, punctures, or poorly welded membrane joints. It is important to note that small wrinkles in the membrane are perfectly normal. However, bulges, delamination, large wrinkles, fish mouths, or cracks in the elastomeric membrane are things that need to be repaired.
